Assisted in the purchase of a diabetic service dog. This family has two young sisters, both diabetics. The dog is an integral part of the care for these two sisters. He can alert of low, or high blood sugars at all times of the day or night. The dog came from Warren Retrievers.
We were able to assist an young man, who because of his out of control diabetes, causing him sickness, was able to help in the control of his diabetes. He now has a new job with insurance benefits. Insurance is extremely important. The cost of a diabetic's health care can be as much as 2 1/2 times a healthy individual.
A MOTHER’S WORDS:
I don’t know how to start or begin-Neal has been a blessing to me since I came into contact with him. A mother’s struggle is hard when there is so much you can do and you don’t know where to go. Neal came into my life through a recommendation and I finally could breath. This last time I contacted Neal and he gave me assistance and sent me contact information on Company assistance for the medicine that my son was in need of. I got with the Doctors who have seen him and had them fill out the forms that I needed and sent them through. I called them today and was told that he has been approved. There are no words to tell you (Neal) what a blessing you have been to me. Thank you
